The Shining Gets a Custom-Made Children’s Toy

New York-based artist Steve Casino calls himself the “Painter of Nuts,” and there’s a good reason for that. As his moniker suggests, Casino has become somewhat of an internet sensation thanks to his affinity for hand-painting peanuts and turning them into pop culture icons, and he’s also a toy designer.

Over on his Instagram and Facebook pages, the peanut painter regularly shares his handiwork, and his latest custom-made toy is a real treat for us horror fans. Primarily using wood, which he hand cut and hand painted, Casino created a one of a kind children’s pull toy in tribute to The Shining, and it’s kinda our new favorite thing.

Check out a video of the incredible toy in action!

Just finished this one-of-a-kind wooden pull toy based on "The Shining."
