DVD and Blu-ray Releases: March 1, 2016

default-featured-image

We have another big list again this week, folks.  There are 24 releases in total, although as mentioned last week, one of them is The Sinful Dwarf, which may have come out last week but was also listed for this week. So if you got it last week, great. If not, there’s always this week.

Speaking of The Sinful Dwarf, it’s one of a handful of our classics this week, going back as far as 1954’s Gog. Probably the biggest classic listing is the limited edition Alfred Hitchcock: The Masterpiece Collection on Blu-ray. Just look at that list of movies. It’s ridiculous.

That’s not the last of our classics either. You can also find Transformations and The Rosary Murders from the late 80’s as well as 1982’s Pieces.

In terms of quantity, Volumes 1 and 2 of the Paranormal Encounters Collection bring you something like 1,700+ minutes worth of quality entertainment. There are some other selections in our Collections area worth looking in to below as well.

Lastly, I know fans of the Syfy series “Z Nation” will be psyched over the DVD release of Season 2. I tried watching this show during its first season, and I’ve always liked DJ Qualls’ performances in the past; however, his character in this series just makes me want to smack him – but that’s just me.

There are a ton of other movies to read about below so don’t let me hold you up any further. Pleasant viewing.
