Monstrous New Stills for Luke Sparke’s Red Billabong

The last time we checked, writer/director Luke Sparke had his hands full with his upcoming creature feature Red Billabong. Back in January, Sparke revealed that he was still hard at work on the flick’s special effects, which, of course, are essential when dealing with a full-blown creature feature. After all, if you bungle the monster, you might as well pack it up and head home.
In addition to the new set of pics, the folks at Pinnacle Films announced that they will distribute Red Billabong throughout Australia and New Zealand. Although we don’t have a proper release date to share with the masses as of this writing, rest assured that Pinnacle will make sure the flick lands safely on the big screen and home video at some point in the near future. Meanwhile, Arclight Films will handle international sales for the movie, so we may see this one Stateside very soon.
