Fiona Dourif Returning for Seventh Child’s Play Film

Franchise creator Don Mancini began teasing a seventh installment in the Child’s Play franchise some time ago, and after several months of silence, he’s back at it again. As we reported yesterday, Mancini revealed on Twitter that Jennifer Tilly will be returning for the new film, and so too will another series favorite.
Fiona Dourif, who played main character Nica in 2013 sequel Curse of Chucky, provided this particular tease over on Twitter…

With both Jennifer Tilly and Fiona Dourif on board, it sounds like Child’s Play 7, if you wish to call it that, will pick up where Curse of Chucky left off. We don’t yet know when filming will begin, though these Twitter interactions certainly seem to indicate that cameras will be rolling at some point soon.
