DVD and Blu-ray Releases: November 24, 2015

Thanksgiving is upon us, friends. Ahhh, that time of year when you’re inundated with ruthless travel, awkward conversations with your parents, and the realization that you’re drinking your father’s Scotch only to forget just how much like your family you really are.

If you’re looking for a Queen of Blood release on Blu-ray this week, it looks like you’re out of luck. Amazon has a random version slated for release this week, but it seems more likely to have a legitimate release next week. Check back here for updates.

One of my favorites is getting a Blu-ray release this week. Fred Astaire’s last film, Ghost Story, will hit shelves this week in hi-def. What I’ve always liked best about this movie is that it feels as though it was produced much earlier than its actual 1981 release.

Check out below for the entire rundown. As always, pleasant viewing… and enjoy your turkey.
