Along with “The X-Files,” which genre fans are chomping at the bit to see, Fox has a few other horror TV shows heading our way this winter; and today we have the skinny on when you can check out “Second Chance” (previously titled both “Lookinglass” and “The Frankenstein Code”) and “Lucifer.”

And that’s not all.  Sleepyheads, take note… “Sleepy Hollow” is on the move to Friday nights!

The below is excerpted from the network’s official press release:

New drama “SECOND CHANCE” (fka “LOOKINGLASS,” “THE FRANKENSTEIN CODE”) debuts Wednesday, January 13 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), following the time-period premiere of “AMERICAN IDOL” (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). Rob Kazinsky (“True Blood”) stars as a 75-year-old disgraced ex-sheriff, who dies at the hands of corrupt cops. He is brought back to life – by a pair of young tech scientists who are founders of a social networking empire – and given a second chance as a 35-year-old with unpredictable near-superhuman abilities.

As previously announced, the next mind-bending chapter of “THE X-FILES” debuts with a special two-night event beginning Sunday, January 24 (10:00-11:00 PM ET/7:00-8:00 PM PT), following the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP GAME, and continuing with its time period premiere on Monday, January 25 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).

“LUCIFER,” the new drama starring Tom Ellis (“Merlin”), premieres Monday, January 25 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), after the time period premiere of “THE X-FILES” (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT). Based upon the characters from DC Entertainment’s Vertigo imprint, the series tells the story of Lucifer Morningstar (Ellis), the Lord of Hell, who has abandoned his throne and retired to L.A. When he is introduced to LAPD homicide detective Chloe Decker (Lauren German, “Chicago Fire”), Lucifer becomes intrigued by her compassion for humanity, which causes a struggle between his temptation toward the side of Good and his original calling toward Evil.

“SLEEPY HOLLOW,” which has its fall finale on Thursday, November 19 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), moves to Fridays and returns with all-new episodes on February 5 (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT).
