More spicy new horror has set sail for AFM in Santa Monica as the first word and artwork has arrived for the upcoming flick Dark Waves. Check it out!

From the Press Release:
The latest effort by Italian director Domiziano Cristopharo, DARK WAVES will be presented during the next American Film Market in Santa Monica. DARK WAVES is a fairy tale with dramatic undercurrents. It shows a young couple whose love is tested and torn apart by a succession of strange events and recurring nightmares. Pirates, ghostly figures, sea monsters, and golden treasures all feature in this movie redolent of ancient myth, legends, sailors, and the siren call of the ocean.

Sophiane, an ex-French legionnaire, brings his wife, Jazira, to a new home: an ancient tower on the open sea. Day by day, they and their union are tested by strange events, and soon the couple has to face a past that both had hoped to forget. One day, while he is sailing on the ocean, Sophiane finds three little gold nuggets and gives them to his wife. Little does he know they are golden teeth that belonged to three pirates… and they will rise from the depths (and from death) to reclaim them.
