Paranormal Activity Gets a Release Date in the UK
And the news about Oren Peli’s Paranormal Activity keeps steadily pouring in. This time it’s good news for UK horror fans as the flick officially has a release date across the pond.
According to DCM November 27th, 2009, is the day the film opens wide in cinemas. Lucky dogs. Release information is still pending here in the States, but we can confirm that the film will be playing on Thursday, September 24th, at Fantastic Fest 2009. Sit tight, folks, there are good things coming.
For those unaware Paranormal Activity (review here) tells the tale of what happens when a young, middle class couple moves into what seems like a typical suburban “starter” tract house, they become increasingly disturbed by a presence that may or may not be somehow demonic but is certainly most active in the middle of the night. Especially when they sleep. Or try to.
