Godzilla sure is getting a lot of love these days. In addition to an abundance of film news, a new sand sculpture of everyone’s favorite giant radioactive lizard has been unveiled in Shinjuku Central Park in Tokyo, Japan.

In addition to Godzilla, the sculpture also includes some of his foes and the Tokyo skyline. Have a look at some of the fine craftsmanship below.

Artist Toshihiko Hosaka made the beautiful piece using spoons brushes, and around 50 tons of sand, as part of the Shinjuku Creators Festa 2015, a popular artistic event in Japan. It will remain on display until September 27. Unless the rain destroys it before then. It is made of sand, after all.
