Ju-on: The Final Curse (that’s The Grudge: The Final Curse to us) was released in Japan on June 20, 2015, and we now have a new full length trailer just ahead of the South Korean release on October 1st.

And if that’s not enough, the following commercial was pulled from Japanese TV after complaints that it was too frightening. Have a watch and see what you think. The red text at the beginning is apparently a disclaimer warning people of its content. You were warned.

As the name implies, this will be the final installment in the long running series of ghost movies, and the plot follows the sister of one of the victims of the curse, who tries to put a stop to it once and for all.
No word on a US release yet.
