There’s no doubt Twitter has changed the way that we get our information. From watching and taking part in revolutions to showing off onset pics from films, real time feeds have captured the imagination of many. Sometimes even some horror news stories arise, but usually they’re hard to flesh out because they amount to something that’s just under 140 characters. For these moments we now present Terror Tweets!

Terror Tweets from Twitter

Director Darren Bousman has been keeping fans updated on his location scouting for his latest film, the remake of Mother’s Day. Darren writes, “ok location scouting was cool! for a minute! now on hour six! five more to go”. And then he teases, “Up early to start location scouting … FIRST UP – we are going to go scout a $%$#^#$&> Wait, I can’t give you a spoiler THIS early!

Director Kevin Williamson also chimed in today with some crushing news concerning his proposed new Scream trilogy — Sid (Neve Campbell) will NOT be returning to the series. Willamson writes, “Trying to figure out a Sid-less scenario. She won’t do it. This sucks”. Guess she’s too busy to revisit the series even for a painless cameo. I mean, come on! Look at her recent slate: a role in the mini-series “Sea Wolf”, a couple of episodes of “The Philanthropist”! She’s got some heavy duty stuff cooking. Good thing Kevin is giving us a brand new batch of teens to be slaughtered. As reported earlier, Courteney Cox and David Arquette will be returning.
