We’ve been talking about the horror flick Beg for quite some time around here, and it’s finally heading to DVD… TOMORROW! That’s right so act quickly!
Beg is written and directed by Boston native Kevin MacDonald. Tony Moran (the original Michael Myers, Halloween and Halloween II) returns to the screen as burnt out detective Jack Fox, who’s being forced into early retirement.
When the worst serial killer since the Boston Strangler begins a killing spree, Jack is torn between a life of retirement and sanity, or helping rookie detective Steve Ryan (Brandon Stumpf) stop the maniac who is stalking the streets of Salem.
With music by Harry Manfredini (Friday the 13th, House, Swamp Thing) and a cast that features such horror favorites as Tony Todd (Candyman, Final Destination, The Crow), Michael Berryman (The Hills Have Eyes, The Devil’s Rejects), Kristina Klebe (Rob Zombie’s Halloween), Tiffany Shepis (Nightmare Man, Nympha), Debbie Rochon (Night of the Living Dead, Colour from the Dark), and P.J. Soles (Halloween, Carrie, The Devil’s Rejects), Beg is sure to please even the most diehard slasher movie fan!
