Mare Winningham Returns for American Horror Story: Hotel

More casting news has arrived for “American Horror Story: Hotel” as Entertainment Weekly is reporting that Mare Winningham is returning to the franchise this year.
The St. Elmo’s Fire actress will play the titular establishment’s laundress, who works closely with Evan Peters’ character, Mr. March. In previous seasons Winningham has played the sister of Pepper (Naomi Grossman) on “Freak Show” and Peters’ abusive mother on “Coven.”
She joins the previously announced Emma Roberts, Lily Rabe, Madchen Amick, Helena Mattsson, Lady Gaga, Matt Bomer as Donovan, Finn Wittrock, Sarah Paulson as Hypodermic Sally, Kathy Bates as Iris, Chloe Sevigny, Evan Peters as Mr. March, Wes Bentley, Angela Bassett as Ramona, Max Greenfield, Denis O’Hare, Naomi Campbell, Darren Criss, and Cheyenne Jackson.
“Hotel” will be debuting on FX on Wednesday, October 7th, at 10PM.
