Things are Getting Creepy in the First Trailer for The Skin
The new trailer for first-time director Justin Timms’ upcoming horror short The Skin is pretty vague. Although it’s quite clear that the creepy old guy with the unkempt beard is up to something nefarious, the clip stops short of revealing what, exactly, he has in store for the flick’s heroine. If I had to venture a guess, I would say it’s probably not good, but maybe that’s just me.
And if you’re a fan of writer/director Glenn McQuaid’s severely underrated 2008 horror/comedy I Sell the Dead, keep your eyes peeled for Martin Pfefferkorn, who stars in the short.
Timms offered up the following synopsis for his directorial debut.
After the peculiar death of her father, Lena Hardesty discovers that her sister, Sarah, has acquired the same strange symptoms. With the help of a rustic local, Lena sets a plan in motion to save her sister and herself from the same fate.
Although it’s unknown when the world will get a chance to experience The Skin, we do have a nifty trailer, some artwork, and a badass poster to share with the masses. You can find the aforementioned promotional items lurking about in the space below.
