In just a week and a half, we’ll know if The Gallows, from co-directors/writers Travis Cluff and Chris Lofing, is one of the year’s best or just another in a long line of forgettable flicks. A “daring” new TV spot for the film has arrived, which you can check out right here!
Look for The Gallows on July 10th in the States; it arrives in the UK a week later on the 17th.
The Gallows tells the story of a group of misguided students’ attempt to resurrect a play that ended in a student’s accidental hanging 20 years earlier. The students quickly learn some things are best left alone.
Cassidy Gifford, Ryan Shoos, Reese Mishler, and Pfeifer Brown star.
Synopsis:
Twenty years after an accident caused the death of the lead actor during a high school play, students at the same small town school resurrect the failed stage production in a misguided attempt to honor the anniversary of the tragedy—but ultimately find out that some things are better left alone.
