Updates on House of the Devil & More From Fessenden

House of the Devil & more updates!Larry Fessenden, the man behind Glass Eye Pix and thusly every single cool genre project out there right now, got chatting with the mutants at STYD recently and dropped some intel on a trio of projects that fans are patiently waiting for.

Ti West’s “>House of the Devil is the first one we’ll see, says Fessenden. “We’re finishing that up this week and trying to get the masters done. The normal course with these movies is to do festivals to inspire interest in the movies, so we’ll be premiering it in the next couple of months here and abroad.” Hopefully we’ll be bringing you some festival information on this baby very soon; look for my report from the set as its premiere gets closer.

Then there’s James Felix McKenney’s Satan Hates You follow-up, Hypothermia, which Fessenden says may be delayed because it needs to be shot in winter and the season is rapidly winding down (at least from a filmmaking standpoint), and J.T. Petty’s There’s No Place Like Home. The latter may be up first since it’s not dependent on seasons, but only if Petty doesn’t have the trigger pulled on his Faces of Death re-imagining.

More details on all three films is coming soon, so keep your eyes, glass or otherwise, pointed here!
