Lionsgate’s ‘The Furious’ Art Poster Prepares to Beat Some Ass [Clip]
EXCLUSIVE: Lionsgate shares with Dread Central another badass original artist series poster for The Furious, the epic action film that’s a brutal mix of John Wick and The Raid.
Lionsgate is king of the brutal action flicks, and the studio behind John Wick is bringing the hammer down with The Furious, an ultra-violent, extremely bloody masterclass that has critics celebrating it as the best action movie in years.
The poster flows blood red with bodies being left in the carnage, pulled straight from the accompanying clip.
The premise is simple: a little girl is kidnapped, and the father is god damn furious. You know the saying, a father’s scorn knows no bounds. The poster and clip show the father and daughter teaming up to beat some ass.
Heading into theaters on June 12, the action flick is building strong word-of-mouth and early box office buzz, signaling yet another surprise breakout hit.
The film is rated R for “strong bloody violence and language,” and believe me when I say the film delivers everything it promises.
