With Quarantine 2: Terminal gearing up for an August 15th UK DVD release, a horde of the undead are being invited to a special first screening of the flick in London – and we have five pairs of tickets to give away! Read on!
Starting at 8:00 pm on Thursday, August 11th, the biohazard squad will be cordoning off The Prince Charles Cinema (just off Leicester Square) in order to prevent any infected making it into the quarantine zone! Your task is to be amongst them, with spot prizes being given to the best and worst looking zombies who rock up on the day looking for a chance to be a part of the first crowd in the UK to see the film, a week before the DVD release date.
Synopsis:
Quarantine 2: Terminal starts right after the events of the previous film at LAX, as passengers board a flight to Nashville. When a passenger becomes violently ill with a mysterious rabies-like virus, the plane makes an emergency landing at a large metropolitan airport. Jenny (Mercedes Masohn), a heroic yet inexperienced flight attendant, takes charge of the safety of her passengers.
Relieved when a swarm of heavily equipped emergency vehicles, police units and the CDC arrive, Jenny and the passengers soon discover that they have been quarantined and are now trapped. Desperate to escape, Jenny enlists the help of one of the surviving passengers, a kindergarten teacher, Henry (Josh Cooke), to devise a plan to survive.
So dress up in your bloodiest zombie gear and make your way down to the cinema for a chance to make it past the tape – not to mention the potential for some gory goodies to be given away.
Five pairs of limited edition immediate entry tickets (whatever your get-up) are up for grabs right here on Dread Central – all you have to do is hit us up with an EMAIL HERE using the subject “I SHOULD BE IN QUARANTINE TOO” and including your name and age in the body of the email. Winners will be notified by email shortly after the closing date of August 5th so please do make sure that your entry comes from the email address at which you wish to be notified.
Even if you aren’t a winner, remember: You can always take your chance in person on the day. If you look undead enough (and no, that doesn’t mean just horribly hungover!), you just might be able to pass on through to the containment zone and gain a place in the audience. Dress to distress!
Terms & Conditions: Only people aged 15 and over will be permitted into the cinema to see the film; photo ID may be required. Admittance on the day will be at the sole discretion of the organiser and will be allocated on a merit basis for those without guaranteed seats. Winners must arrive at The Prince Charles Cinema (7 Leicester Place, London, WC2) before 8:20 pm on Thursday 11 August to guarantee entrance – tickets will be reallocated after this time and entrance may not be possible. Winners are responsible for their own transportation to/from the venue. The organisers take no responsibility for lost/stolen belongings during the screening and encourage all attendees to act in a safe and responsible manner.
