With Iron Man raking in money hand over fist, still, I’m sure one of the big questions in Hollywood is something we’ve not heard in a long time; what is Robert Downey, Jr. doing next? Other than the inevitable sequel(s), it looks like it might be the long-gestating adaptation of Cowboys & Aliens.

Witchblade Teases
Well, at least we know the creators of the new Witchblade movie are sticking true to the comic's sexy roots, if this teaser poster is any indication. Since there's been no casting that I've heard to date, I'm guessing the fine female donning the titular gauntlet is just a model, but they sure have the right idea!
There's also an official Witchblade site where you can sign up for updates in existence as well. Keep it here for more soon!

Witchblade the Movie?
Ah, God, here we go again. Someone out there wants to bring Witchblade to the big screen, though I really can’t understand the enduring popularity of this comic.

Lead & Director Set for Dead of Night
From comics to film back to comics and now on to film again, Dylan Dog just will not die. Though It can’t seem to keep its title in place for some strange reason.

Dreamworks Fights Back Atlantis
Imagine if one day, for no discernable reason, Atlantis finally decided to make its way back to the surface and kick our land-dwelling asses. Such is the premise (well, sort of) for Platinum Studios' Atlantis Rising, which The Hollywood Reporter learned has been bought up by Dreamworks for a live-action adaptation.

New Director for Dylan Dog
Here's a bit of odd news: Last year we heard that the live-action adaptation of the Dylan Dog comics was going to be directed by Snakes on a Plane helmer David R. Ellis (“Dylan Dog is Superman?!” – October 2007), but all that looks to have changed.

Dylan Dog is Superman?!
The fellows over at Comic Book Resources got wind of the news regarding who would be playing the lead role in a big screen version of the Italian comic book Dylan Dog. News of the casting was leaked to the Lying in the Gutters column of the site.
