Suspiria Remake Will at Least Sound Right
Now here's a step in the right direction. If there's one component that makes Suspiria what it is, it's the haunting score by Goblin. Speaking of which ...
In a recent interview with MovieLine director David Gordon Green dropped the following bit of really good news on fans:
"We got the rights to the Goblin score, so we're going to use that. Steve Jablonsky, who did the score for Your Highness, is incredible. So I would love to see what he would do with the Goblin music. We could start in a very faithful, synthesizer kind of world of music that Goblin does in the original film and by the end of it turn that score into a huge opera, which would be incredible."

Take away the great score and beautiful color pallet and Suspiria basically sucks. I'm glad they have at least one of the positives going for it, so now all they need is a better script than the original (which shouldn't be very difficult) and they might have something...
