Valerie Cruz Joins True Blood Cast!Alan Ball's vampire series "True Blood" is about to get itself some spicy Latin flavor!

The Hollywood Reporter broke the casting news today that Valerie Cruz has officially signed on for Season 2 of HBO's "True Blood".

Cruz (whom you may know from Showtime's "Dexter") will be playing a character named Isabel, an elegant Hispanic vampire.

No other updates on the series are available at this time, but you can bet your last bottle of habanero sauce we'll be watching like a hawk!
