Children Cast in The Children

More casting news has arrived for the James Wan-produced horror flick The Children, as Deadline is reporting that both Jaynee-Lynne Kinchen (pictured below with Ryan Reynolds in Self/Less) and Roman Christou have joined the ever-expanding cast. No word yet on their respective roles.
The youngsters join the previously announced Linda Cardellini, Patricia Velasquez, and Sean Patrick Thomas. The film was written by Mikki Daughtry and Tobias Iaconis. Wan will produce via his Atomic Monster production company alongside Gary Dauberman and Emile Gladstone, while Michael Clear will serve as executive producer. Michael Chaves directs.
The Children will be distributed through New Line, which has been the home for Wan’s Conjuring universe, including the Annabelle films as well as the upcoming spin-off The Nun.
Synopsis:
The story follows a social worker who, while investigating the mysterious disappearance of two children, discovers her own family might also be in jeopardy.
