Ouija Sequel to Explore the Origin of Evil

Allow me a moment to predict the twist for Mike Flanagan’s sequel to Ouija, entitled Ouija: Origin of Evil… it’s actually going to be a good movie. You never saw that coming, did ya?
Over on his Twitter page Flanagan unveiled the first poster for the flick and let us know that that the trailer will be coming tomorrow!
Henry Thomas (Betrayal), Annalise Basso (Oculus), Elizabeth Reaser (“True Detective”), Lulu Wilson (Deliver Us from Evil), Parker Mack (MTV’s “Faking It”), Sam Anderson, Kate Siegel (Demon Legacy), and the incomparable Doug Jones (Hellboy, “Fear Itself”) star.
The next installment, also based on the iconic board game from Hasbro, will debut for Halloween 2016, specifically on October 21st. The project is directed by Mike Flanagan, who co-wrote the screenplay with Jeff Howard (Somnia, I Know What You Did Last Summer reboot).
Ouija: Origin of Evil is produced by Michael Bay, Brad Fuller, and Andrew Form for Platinum Dunes; Jason Blum for Blumhouse Productions; Trevor Macy for Intrepid Pictures; and Brian Goldner and Stephen Davis from Hasbro.
