Mondo Shows Off New Madballs; Gremlins and Friday the 13th Coming Soon!

When it comes to awesome ’80s toys, the Madballs are right up there with My Pet Monster. They’ve come back a few times over the years, and later this year they get re-animated once again courtesy of Mondo. They’re calling them MondoBalls, and we’ve got images today!
The sneak peek comes our way via Entertainment Weekly, as the outlet just showed off Mondo’s brand new takes on classic characters Skull Face, Slobulus, and Horn Head. In addition, the company has struck a deal with Marvel to create a Venom MondoBall… and that’s not all.
EW notes that MondoBalls based on the Friday the 13th and Gremlins franchises are coming soon!!
“This line is one of the most fun projects I’ve ever had a chance to work on!” Mondo’s creative director of toys/collectibles Brock Otterbacher said in a statement. “We’re super excited to launch these gross little guys.”
