Anchor Bay is set to release their latest product from producer Stephen J. Cannell, The Tooth Fairy, on Special Edition DVD next Tuesday. Creepy’s already taken the liberty of reviewing the DVD for you guys cause he’s a nice kid like that, so you should click here to read it.

The film stars P. J. Soles, Jesse Hutch, and Carrie Anne Fleming (last seen as the hideous cannibal creature in Dario Argento’s Masters of Horror episode, “Jenifer”), and takes place in a quiet Northern California town. 60 years earlier, the resident witch would steal children’s teeth, butcher them alive, and curse their souls. Now the witch is back for revenge after someone disturbed her slumber, and it’s up to a smart little girl to make it all stop.

Below we’ve got links to two clips from and the trailer for The Tooth Fairy, which will hopefully inspire you to click here to pre-order the film through Evilshop!

Scream Factory Opens the Gate 2

Published

on

There are few films more beloved around DCHQ than Tibor Takacs’ 1987 monster-filled classic, The Gate. It’s top to bottom fun featuring stop-motion beasties and a cute-as-a-button young Stephen Dorff and that’s only a couple of reasons why the flick just rules.

Scream Factory, (bless their hearts) just announced that it’s sequel, Gate II, will finally be getting a Blu-ray release and we have your details and artwork right here.

Look for the flick starring original Gate star Louis Tripp on February 27, 2018.

This supercharged sequel to the horror classic The Gate comes alive with unearthly creatures, heart-stopping action and incredible special effects. Unfortunately, before the Gate closes again, a “minion” – a tiny disciple of Satan himself – manages to slip through to our dimension. When the creature is kidnapped – all hell breaks loose.

Special Features:

  • NEW 2K scan of the interpositive
  • NEW Return to the Nightmare – A Look Back at GATE II – featuring interviews with director Tibor Takacs, screenwriter Michael Nankin and special visual effects creator Randall William Cook
