Toolbox Murders 3 Raising Funds on Indiegogo

The original Toolbox Murders was released in 1978, and then the great Tobe Hooper remade it in 2004. And while the updated version was not as loved as the original, we’re now getting a trilogy whether you like it or not.
A sequel to the remake was released in 2013, and the third film plans to explore just who or what the Toolbox Killer is, with the plot being kept deliberately under wraps so that the fans don’t find out in advance if their theories were correct.
If it reaches its goal of $325,000, we can expect Sheri Moon-Zombie to reprise her role from the 2004 film. That was her only film appearance not directed by her husband, Rob, who will also contribute to the soundtrack if the goal is reached. Make-up legend Tom Savini and Dewey Riley himself, David Arquette, are also expected to appear if the crowdfunding is a success.
