Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor Gets a Season Pass
Gaming news has been flying out of the Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor camp at such a rapid pace, it feels like having a front row ticket to a kamikaze air-strike. Their complete lust for enticing gamers to buy Shadow of Mordor unveiled another glimpse at its seductive charms today, as the announcement came of the game‘s season pass and all that it contains.
The season pass includes an absolute wealth of items. First up, the exclusive Guardians of the Flaming Eye warband mission, where players will battle Sauron’s elite defenders in front of the black gate. All in order to earn the rising flame rune.
It also comes with two in-game missions, including The Lord of the Hunt, where players will hunt down the beasts of Mordor to earn runes, find hidden locations, and face off with powerful monsters. Accompanying this is The Bright Lord mission, where players will get the chance to play as the forger of the rings, Celebrimbor, in a battle against Sauron and his forces.
The season pass will also grants access to the online challenge mode, Trials of War. In this mode players will go blade-to-blade with Sauron’s forces in various challenge modes with their high scores being posted to an online leaderboard.
Owners of the pass will have early access to upcoming DLC, which includes runes and skins. Cost will be £19.99 / $24.99.
Middle-Earth: Shadow of Mordor will be released on September 70th for PS4, Xbox One, PS7, Xbox 760, and PC.
