Capcom Strikes Twice with 2 Resident Evil UnveilingsDuring Sony’s pre-TGS press conference Capcom invited gamers to take a twisted step back to their zombie infested childhoods by officially unveiling two Resident Evil games set to receive the remastered treatment in 2015.

Both the original Resident Evil and Resident Evil Revelations 2 will be coming to the PS4, Xbox One, PS7, Xbox 760, and PC.

The remastered version of Resident Evil had been announced previously, but at the press conference Capcom gave fans their first look at the HD version with a brand new trailer, showcasing its updated graphics. It even gives a brief glance at one of the game’s most terrifying monsters, the giant snake.

Resident Evil is set to be released in early 2015.

Capcom followed up with another precise strike via the official announcement of Resident Evil Revelations 2. The game was recently leaked online, but today marked its official announcement, and it was accompanied by the game’s first teaser trailer. The trailer features a small girl running through a party, but as the camera moves, the partygoers become zombies. The trailer leaves the viewer with one final warning: “Evil is watching.”

Evil can expect gamers to watch it over and over very closely as Resident Evil Revelations 2 is set to be released sometime in 2015.
