‘I’ll Play Mother’ Exclusive Trailer: Something’s Definitely Wrong With The Children
Adoption gone wrong is a pretty common trope in the horror genre. The 2009 film Orphan immediately comes to mind, a parent’s worst nightmare when they discover the child they adopted isn’t who they appear to be. Now, director Brad Watson is taking that story in a supernatural direction with the upcoming film I’ll Play Mother.

After the death of their birth mother, two young children are placed in the care of prospective adopter parents. However, it’s not long before the new family begins to question if something more sinister is at play.

Watson directs I’ll Play Mother from a script by Libby Adam and Ben Charles Edwards. Jo Martin, Susanne Wuest, Shubham Saraf, Jax James, and Erin Ainsworth star in the film.
