Rose Glass blew us all away with her feature film debut Saint Maud, a harrowing interpretation of religious horror. Now, Glass is back with something very different: Love Lies Bleeding, a revenge tale about queer love and getting ripped.

A revenge story about two queer women trying to outrun toxic family? I’ve never heard of something more tailored to my personal tastes, so of course I’ll be watching. Glass knows how to pack an absolute punch with her work, so we can only guess what bloody tragedy may await in Love Lies Bleeding.
Glass also wrote the film with Weronika Tofilska. Kristen Stewart, Katy O’Brian, Jena Malone, and Anna Baryshnikov star in the film with Dave Franco and Ed Harris (who rocks one hell of a skullet).
Love Lies Bleeding will have its world premiere at the 2024 Sundance Film Festival and comes exclusively to theaters on March 8, 2024 from A24.
