Help Me Find a Lost Movie From My Childhood!

There is a movie I saw a few times when I was a kid that I have never been able to find since. I’ve searched over the years time and time again. And then it hit me, why don’t I just ask you guys?

So here we go.

I think it was a kid’s movie, you know, considering my parents let me watch it. But it was dark – as kid’s movies back in the 80s were. It centered on two kids/orphans. A boy and a little girl. They are looking for some kind of treasure, I think.

These are the things I remember:

There is a man with a hook killing people.

It was a period piece set in Englund… maybe Ireland… I’m not sure.

They kill him on a cliff by ripping his hook off and letting him fall into the rocks.

There is an underground cave with treasure, I think.

It is NOT The Goonies.

Two guys fight over a spear and one kills the other (somehow) resulting in the other guy’s two hands still attached to the stick.

All of this might sound strange but that’s how my little kid memory remembers it.

Please, help me find this fucking movie!
