Hatchet’s DVD Secrets

Too bad it doesn't come with bush bugs.The lucky hounds over at Fangoria got the first details from Anchor Bay regarding the Unrated Director’s cut of Adam Greens kick ass Hatchet (review) DVD! Those of us who were lucky enough to see the film before it was trimmed down will be happy to hear that the footage has been added back to this cut and on top of that this disc will house 90 minutes worth of bonus material!

For the timid horror fans, a R-rated release of the DVD (sans many of the special features below) is planned to launch at the same time as the Unrated version on December 18. Hatchet has not shown up on the retail sites yet, but we’ll update as soon as it does.
