Exclusive: Drunken Devil’s SEVEN DEADLY SINS Expands Goes Mexican With ‘Cantina del Diablo’

Los Angeles’ Drunken Devil and its Seven Deadly Sins series is venturing into greedy world of Envy this June by taking attendees to early 20th century Mexico! In a new interactive performance piece called ‘Cantina del Diablo’, the fourth-annual event will take place at an undisclosed location, one revealed only the day before the shindig, where guests will settle in for, “…an evening of craft cocktails, immersive storytelling, burlesque, and otherworldly delights.”

Cantina del Diablo attendees will enter an early 20th century cantina in Oaxaca and meet Marisol Cortez, the bar’s resident entertainer, and member of the underground coven run by the bar’s owner. When a new ingenue threatens her status, Marisol goes to great lengths to maintain her position–leading up to a bloody, shattering finale. Drunken Devil guests will interact Marisol, cantina barflies, and various members of the coven, and engage with them in an immersive theatrical narrative where patrons will be able to choose sides as they learn various characters’ intentions.

A mix of theater, burlesque, dancing, interactive photo installations, and “free-flowing craft cocktails featuring a variety of spirits”, ‘Cantina del Diablo’ promises to be a thrilling and memorable experience that will continue the Seven Deadly Sins tradition.

Tickets are available for those 21 and over and are already available for pre-order. More information about Drunken Devil can be found on their official website.
