Michael Gross Talks TREMORS 7 and Underwater Graboids

This weekend we passed along the news that the Kevin Bacon Tremors TV series was not picked up by SyFy. This is sad news that leaves the future of the series in limbo. But what about Tremors 7 starring Michael Gross?

Well, the actor recently spoke with Daily Dead about just that telling them that he just had a meeting with Universal about the next film. More specifically, Gross talks about how Tremors: A Cold Day in Hell teased underwater Graboids and if the next film may go that route.

We were discussing this today,” Gross told the site. “But some of the choices we make are constrained by budget. They really are. And unfortunately, because this is show business, where it’s 5% show and 95% business, creative teams can come up with wonderful ideas, but the accountants will say, ‘Oh no, you can’t do that. That’s too expensive.’ So, it’s a balancing act that Universal is constantly doing, but we just had a meeting today about a theoretical Tremors 7, so you never know.”
