Exclusive: Hallowed Grounds Pics!
Post-production has recently completed on Hallowed Ground, a supernatural thriller starring Jaimie Alexander (Rest Stop, Kyle XY), Brian McNamara (Army Wives), and Chloe Grace Moretz (The Amityville Horror, The Eye remakes, and Wicked Little Things).
According to writer/director David Benullo (who’s making his feature film debut with this project), Hallowed Ground tells the tale of a young woman (Alexander) who becomes stranded in a small Midwestern town and discovers her arrival there was foretold a century before by the town’s founding preacher. The woman soon discovers that she is an integral part of the preacher’s impending – and terrifying – rebirth.
Even better — the special make-up effects were done by Robert Kurtzman’s Precinct 13 Entertainment!
“This is much more of a classic-style horror movie,” Benullo said. “It’s Rosemary’s Baby in a small town.“
