Evil Uses Some Reverb

Music is the root of all evil! Just ask Tipper Gore. It can influence people to engage in all manner of nuttiness. I mean if a kid finds a loaded gun in his dad’s drawer while listening to Black Sabbath and shoots himself, it’s the song’s fault, right? Why blame the dad for leaving a loaded gun in the house? That would just be too easy! Music is again to blame for the malevolence haunting the new fright flick Reverb.

The movie tells the tale of a musician named Alex (Leo Gregory) who’s in need of a hit album. So what does he do? He locks himself and his band up in the recording studio overnight, of course. While working deep into the late hours of the evening, the group ends up diggin’ on an old recording that has a spooky voice hidden within it. Once it’s played, a life and death struggle against the ultimate evil ensues.

The film is directed by Eitan Arrusi and distributed by Guerilla Films. Click on the image below to go to Reverb‘s official site, where you can find stills, the trailer, and more.
