Marc Price Goes to War with Thunderchild
Fans of Marc Price, who directed the micro-budget zombie flick Colin, have a new reason to smile today. Offering further proof to the old adage that you have to start somewhere, the director has gotten himself a much bigger budget for his war/horror hybrid Thunderchild.
Screen Daily reports today that Price’s (pictured right) next feature will be shot in June. It’s always nice to see a young filmmaker get his break. Colin managed to do a lot with a little so it’s going to be really interesting to see what the director can cook up with some actual funding behind him.
Thunderchild centers upon a group of British airmen returning from a WWII bombing mission who have to cope with a new enemy when they encounter a flesh-eating creature onboard their plane. More as it comes.
