Horror Game White Day Getting Remade

If, like us, you follow horror games obsessively, you may be familiar with a South Korean title released back in 2001 called White Day. And when I say “familiar,” I mean in name only, as it never saw a Western release. That may be about to change, however, as a remake was recently showcased by developer Roi Games at a press conference in South Korea.
It’s being developed for PlayStation VR, iOS, and Android; but there’s no word yet on a US release. Guess we’ll just have to wait and see whether it finally does see the light of day (sorry) in the West.
The story follows an unfortunate boy who sneaks into his school at night to prepare a gift for a girl he likes, only to find himself in a bizarre world filled with nightmarish monsters. See what love gets you?
The trailer sure looks creepy, and with horror games being as big as they are right now, a US release really does seem like it will happen.
