Noct Creeping onto Steam
Fallout 4 isn’t the only post-apocalyptic horror game set for release this year; there’s also Devolver Digital’s Noct.
Described in the trailer as a “multiplayer survival horror” game, Noct is set in a future where a race of mysterious monsters suddenly appeared and reduced the Earth to a wasteland. You play as one of the few remaining people in a world where everything wants to kill you. What makes the game particularly memorable is that it is viewed entirely from thermal satellite images. Visually striking is an understatement.
Famous guitarist Robin Finck contributed to the soundtrack, helping to make it even more unique.
Noct will be released on Steam on 22 October.
