Even though they’re not true horror movies by any stretch of the imagination, it’s hard for us not to appreciate Gareth Evan’s The Raid and The Raid 2, if only for their ultra-violent goodness.
Unfortunately, we won’t be seeing a third chapter in the bloody franchise for several years. Evans broke the news on Twitter when a fan inquired about the possibility of the film. As it turns out, we won’t be seeing it until at least 2018 or 2019.
That’s a long ways away. Good thing we have the first two films to keep us occupied.
