The issue is all about indie horror, so it’s very fitting that Mulberry Street get a cover spot since it’s one of the greatest success stories for any indie film, considering Jim Mickle and crew made the movie with almost no money and managed to create one of the coolest horror films of the year.
The indie horror coverage extends to The Living and the Dead, The Lost and the rest of the 8 Films to Die For. They’ve also got a look at the making of the original Prom Night, one of Canada’s gems, and an interview with the film’s composer Paul Zaza.
