Drink in a New Image from Joe Dante’s Burying the Ex

Back in December we got our first look at Burying the Ex, the new film from master of horror Joe Dante (Gremlins, The Hole). As the zombie flick gets ready to burst up from the depths and emerge at Cannes, we got our hands on a brand new image today…

…which gives us our first look at the lovely Alexandra Daddario. Dig it, cuz!

Dante’s latest also stars Anton Yelchin and Ashley Greene.

Based on a short film of the same name, the Alan Trezza-penned script follows Max (Yelchin) and Evelyn (Greene) as their relationship takes a nose dive once they move in together.

Max discovers how controlling and manipulative Evelyn is, but he’s too scared to break up with her. When fate steps in and Evelyn dies in a freak accident, newly-single Max prepares to move on with Olivia (Daddario). His romantic life becomes complicated when Evelyn rises from the grave and sets out to get her boyfriend back, even if that means turning him into one of the undead. Oliver Cooper plays Travis, Max’s deadbeat half-brother, who tries to help him win Olivia’s heart and defeat his undead ex.
