Magnolia Huffs, Puffs and Readies to Release Big Bad Wolves on Home Video

The Israeli revenge thriller Big Bad Wolves (review) has been garnering nothing but acclaim on the festival circuit with Quentin Tarantino referring to it as “the best film of the year” in 2013.

Courtesy of Magnolia Home Entertainment, one of last year’s best genre flicks comes home, arriving on Blu-ray and DVD on April 22nd. Read on for full details, including a list of bonus features and your first look at the artwork!

Directed by Aharon Keshales and Navot Papushado (Rabies), the film stars Lior Ashkenazi (Footnote), Tzachi Grad (The Flood), Rotem Keinan (The Exchange), and Dov Glickman.

Synopsis
A series of brutal murders puts the lives of three men on a collision course: the father of the latest victim now out for revenge, a vigilante police detective operating outside the boundaries of law, and the main suspect in the killings – a religious studies teacher arrested and released due to a police blunder.
