SXSW 2014: First Artwork and a Still to Take on Your Honeymoon

Playing as part of this year’s South By Southwest Film Festival is Leigh Janiak’s new film Honeymoon, which explores… well… let’s just say not your typical first few days of marriage!

Honeymoon premieres at the Austin-based fest on Friday (March 7) at 11:45 pm at the Alamo Drafthouse Ritz. Harry Treadaway, Rose Leslie, Ben Huber, and Hanna Brown star.

Synopsis
Young newlyweds Paul (Harry Treadaway) and Bea (Rose Leslie) travel to remote lake country for their honeymoon, where the promise of private romance awaits them. Shortly after arriving, Paul finds Bea wandering and disoriented in the middle of the night. As she becomes more distant and her behavior increasingly peculiar, Paul begins to suspect something more sinister than sleepwalking took place in the woods.
