Neil Marshall Will Direct NBC’s Constantine Pilot

Pretty much everything Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, The Descent) touches turns to gold, so we’re always infinitely more excited about any given project whenever he hops on board. If you agree, then get ready to get excited because Marshall’s coming to NBC!

As per Deadline, Neil Marshall has been tapped to direct the pilot episode of NBC’s drama series “Constantine” for Warner Bros. TV, which is based on the characters in DC’s stories.

“Constantine” will center on John Constantine, an enigmatic and irreverent con man-turned-reluctant supernatural detective who is thrust into the role of defending us against dark forces from beyond.

The project was written by Daniel Cerone from a story by him and David S. Goyer.
