Recently Jaffe opened his own studio in San Diego known as The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency, where they “split their time between ghost hunting and game development” and is named after their benefactor and 80-ish year old supernatural investigator, Bartlet Jones.
The BJSDA is located at a former gambling hall/brothel and describes themselves as “a full service ghost hunting, ghost removal, and spectral analysis agency located in the historic (and quite haunted) Gaslamp district of San Diego, California. We also make video games.”
Not one to EVER be boring, Jaffe’s new studio is doing something a little different as far as their weekly updates go – and it’s pretty dang spiffy. My particular fave is “Creepiest Thing You’ve Seen On The Net” and “Interrogation Time.”
ENOUGH TALKY! Time to take the tour and meet the staff!
That Halloween promotion where if you come to their office door, you’ll get to meet a monster Jones has captured, along with a snazzy cookie and a personal letter from Jones… WOO! The agency itself is somewhere in the Gaslamp District and you can find out where when you like their Facebook page so happy hunting and let us know here at DC if you’re one of the lucky ones to get said prize!
Whatever Jaffe’s up to, I’m IN.
Hey, David – please let me come visit your dope as fuck new place. I’ll bring cake.
To keep up with the BJSDA’s exploits, visit the official The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency website, “like” The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency on Facebook, and follow The Bartlet Jones Supernatural Detective Agency on Twitter.
