In addition, over the weekend CBS/Showtime and Time Warner settled their differences, which means “Dexter” is now once again available to all of the cable company’s subscribers. After watching the first two episodes we missed during the blackout, we’re not entirely sure that’s a good thing, but being completists, of course we’ll be watching from here on out as well.
