The Green Inferno Gets a Rating

Eli Roth’s next film, The Green Inferno, which is playing as part of TIFF 2013’s Midnight Madness programme, has gone before the dreaded MPAA, and it has come back with a rating. What is it, you ask?

The flick has been rated R “for aberrant violence and torture, grisly disturbing images, brief graphic nudity, sexual content, language and some drug use.”

The 38th Toronto International Film Festival runs from September 5 to 15, 2013.

Tickets to screenings for Midnight Madness will be available for individual purchase as well as through the Midnight Madness Pack, which includes all 10 screenings for $176, or $113 for students and seniors. Synopsis
How far would you go for a cause you believe in?
