Creepy Duck is known for his incredible poster designs, from his work with films like Scream VI and Evil Dead Rise to his reimaginings of classic designs. His latest work for the new queer Australian slasher Bliss Of Evil captures the terror and gore of the new film in a way only he can. And we’re excited to exclusively debut his design for the film’s official poster.
A sound engineer is forced to confront her trauma when she and her girlfriend’s grunge band are trapped in a recording studio by a shadowy killer.
According to producer Lauren Shaw, Bliss of Evil was shot over 13 days and had a production budget of approximately $15,000 AUD. The film had an especially diverse cast and crew, made up of 50% men and 50% women, all with varying backgrounds. Bliss of Evil is also the feature film debut of writer/director Joshua Morris.
Bliss of Evil was an official selection at festivals such as Salem Horror Fest, Panic Fest, Monster Fest, and Soho Horror Fest.
Sharnee Tones, Jordan Schulte, Michaela Shuttleworth, Corrie Hinschen, Shanay De Marco, Brendan R Burman-Bellenger, Chenaya Aston, Emily Rowbottom, Wayne Bassett, Eliza Allen, and Lloyd Takiwa star in the film.
Bliss Of Evil is still making the festival rounds. Keep an eye on Dread Central for more information about the film’s release!
