“Occult” revolves around Dolan, an FBI agent (Lucas) who has returned from administrative leave after going off the deep end while investigating his wife’s disappearance. Together, they will solve cases for the newly formed occult crimes task force. Bruckner will play Lucy, an attractive, edgy young soul caught up in the occult. Presumed dead after being shot in the heart, she rises from the autopsy table, possessed and hell-bent on joining her fellow cultists.
Henney (below left; The Last Stand, “Three Rivers”) will play Thompson, the Special Agent in Charge, investigating the abduction of the Governor’s daughter, who has recruited Dolan. Brown (below right; “Person of Internest,” “It Could Be Worse”) will play Monroe, Assistant Director of the FBI field office in New Orleans.
